Our awesome client is looking for an ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTS MANAGER to be part of their team.

Role Description and Responsibilities

At the client, we are all about creating unforgettable brand experiences through high-quality branded merchandise. As part of their Product Brand offerings, we are looking for passionate relationship builders eager to kick-start their sales careers In this role, you'll play a key part in growing and maintaining strong customer relationships, helping companies discover the power of swag, and ensuring a seamless merchandise management experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with some of the world's top startups and corporations while developing into a high-performing sales professional. You'll support our Account Executives while also managing your own growing book of business, becoming a trusted advisor for our customers, and a platform expert.

Required Skills and Qualifications

What You'll Do

  1. Become an expert in the client's platform, guiding customers through the ordering process, providing live demos, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  2. Manage inbound leads and help convert them into long-term customers by conducting discovery calls to understand their needs and identify opportunities for swag solutions.
  3. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, providing top-tier service to ensure a seamless experience.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, technology, and industry trends to better serve our clients.
  5. Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and Gong, staying organized with follow-ups via email, phone, and other communication tools.
  6. Work closely with the Product team to provide feedback on optimizing the user experience and improving self-serve capabilities.
  7. Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer success.

What You Bring

  1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  2. Experience in branded merchandise or a similar industry is a plus.
  3. Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  4. Tech-savvy and eager to master the SwagUp platform to help customers navigate it effectively.
  5. Self-motivated and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.
  6. A problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a willingness to ask great questions.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  8. Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  9. A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

  1. Previous experience in a sales role involving B2B relationships.
  2. Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, Teams, and Unify.
