Overview

We're Hiring: HR Manager

Are you a people-first leader with a passion for building strong teams and driving organizational growth? We're looking for an HR Manager to oversee our HR operations and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions – recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
  • Manage HR metrics, reports, and continuous process improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus)
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operations
  • Able to conduct training and facilitate learning sessions for employees
