This opportunity involves managing the migration and deployment of Informatica scripts, mappings, sessions, and workflows across different environments such as development, test, and production. The role includes taking ownership of high-severity issues, troubleshooting, and resolution to maintain platform stability and integrity. This position offers hands-on experience in platform management, problem-solving, and best practices for support and troubleshooting, contributing to process improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Migrate and deploy Informatica scripts, mappings, sessions, and workflows across environments.
  • Troubleshoot high severity and priority issues.
  • Take ownership and ensure quality work.
  • Proactively manage incidents/issues until resolution.
  • Follow documented procedures and maintain process documents.
  • Coordinate with the Team Lead on metrics and adherence.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Implement best practices for support and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in platform and Informatica upgrades.
  • Consult on platform features for development and support teams.
  • Provide on-call support as scheduled.
  • Stay updated on new features and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in platform administration or release management.
  • Experience with middleware, capacity, and performance management.
  • College/University degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • SysAdmin certifications (LPIC, MCSA, MCSE, RHCE, etc.).
  • Amenable to rotating shift schedule (Morning, Mid, Night).
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Development skills in Python and Java.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS and BI tools.
  • Experience with Informatica and ServiceNow change management.
  • No attendance issues or disciplinary actions.
  • Experience with core Windows services and security practices.
