Overview

We're looking for an Associate Operations Analyst to join our Global Batch Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to monitor Production Application/Batch Processing to avoid the risk of data loss.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Production Application/Batch Processing to avoid the risk of data loss
  • Maintain a timely overnight production schedule and minimize any incident that can cause business outage
  • Present complex ideas clearly, manage the complexities of integrating new technologies
  • Influence individuals across business boundaries to achieve objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s Degree holders in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, etc.
  • Experience: At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Two to three years work experience related to Batch Operations. Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments. (Mainframe, AIX, Linux, Windows, Unix)
  • Ability to work independently (this is a 24x7 shift and may require periods with no on-site supervision)
  • Experience in code deployment and incident escalation engaging offshore support is preferred
  • Understanding of basic change management principles is an advantage
  • Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
