The role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gas Station Construction Manager to join our team at FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC.' This is a full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of our new gas station locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of gas station construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and deliveryCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project deliveryDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and identify potential issuesEnsure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policiesManage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projectsProvide regular progress updates and reports to senior managementIdentify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements throughout the construction lifecycleFoster a positive and collaborative work environment on all construction sites

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in gas station or retail construction managementProven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budgetExcellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutionsProficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specificationsThorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAdaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
