Main Responsibilities

  1. To process, review and correct punches from electronic time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
  2. Maintain payroll information by collecting payroll date from sheet and other records, calculating, and entering data into payroll system.
  3. Execute time sheets and attendance processing and interface with payroll systems.
  4. Reviews timesheets, wage computation, and other information in order to reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  5. Contact various department supervisors and gas station managers for any issues pertaining to schedules.
  6. Inputs and updates payroll records by entering employee's information, charges in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings, deductions, job titles and departments on payroll system.
  7. Verifies attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information on designation records
  8. Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

  1. High School Diploma is required
  2. 1-2 years of payroll experience.
  3. Must have skills in accuracy and attention to detail, including timely follow-up in expediting exceptions
  4. Ability to maintain confidential information.
  5. Basic level of working experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
  6. Effective interpersonal and communications skills.
  7. Satisfactory background and references
