Position Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Processor to consolidate, validate, and upload sales and stock data from multiple customers into our CRM system. The role involves working with data received in varying formats, ensuring accuracy, and following established templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Details:

  • Onsite – Global One, Eastwood
  • Monday to Friday | 1 PM to 10 PM PH Time
  • Following PH Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and process sales and stock reports
  • Standardize and consolidate data into company-provided templates, ensuring mandatory fields (e.g., SKU, quantity, EAN, country) are correctly populated.
  • Validate data accuracy by checking against the internal product database and flagging discrepancies.
  • Investigate and correct data mismatches (e.g., formatting errors, missing SKU numbers, incorrect codes).
  • Perform basic Excel operations such as formulas, lookups, data sorting, and copy-paste tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Upload processed data into the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and company data.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify or resolve data issues.
  • Follow documented SOPs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level: formulas, lookups, formatting).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work with large data sets (ranging from 100 to 10,000 rows).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, but not required).
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes.
