  1. Serve as a trusted HR business partner, collaborating closely with leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR initiatives.
  2. Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development.
  3. Design and implement HR programs, policies and processes that support the company's goals and create a positive, engaging work environment.
  4. Advise on complex employee issues and recommend solutions that balance business needs with employee wellbeing.
  5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance HR service delivery.
  6. Mentor and coach HR generalists and specialists to build a high-performing, knowledgeable team.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the overall business strategy.

What we're looking for

  1. Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Management Accounting/Financial Management/Psychology/Human Resource Management.
  2. 7+ years' experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist in a medium to large organisation.
  3. Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
  4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand business drivers and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
