**Job Description**

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Icon Executive Asia. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy, working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy, utilizing your expertise to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify top talent, leveraging your network and resources to find the best candidates.
  3. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit, to ensure the best match for each role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting software & tools, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
