
Client Onboarding Associate

The Analyst, Onboarding will provide operational support to prospects, clients, and internal functional areas around administration of user access and commitment maintenance within Private I and Caissa platforms. The role will require effective communication skills as interacting with other functional areas and clients will be part of the daily workflow.
Responsibilities- Setup and maintain client specific data points within Private I and Caissa platforms with high level accuracy and according to prescribed methodologies.
- Client Support for team specific queries using CRM tools.
- Provide operational support to internal users at MSCI.
- Meet personal and team deadlines through collaboration with global team members.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or similar with a proven record of academic excellence.
- Previous experience with BOT, Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous.
- AI or Gen AI agent knowledge a plus
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with learning to use new software and adopt new technologies
- Process refinement experience a plus
- Ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner (in English, both written & verbal) is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision is mandatory.
