Organizational Development Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Organizational Development Section Head or Department Head
- Facilitate on time submission, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Company KRAs and KPIs. Release report on time
- Monitor progress of action plans to improve KPIs or define gaps for continuous improvement
- Conducts Training needs analysis (TNA) or focus group discussion
- Assess current competencies of employees
- Develop training contents and presentation materials
- Prepare and release training calendar or schedule
- Prepare and set up the training venue and needed training logistics
- Conduct training and coaching sessions (All plants and Support teams)
- Develop tools to measure training effectiveness
- Monitor training completion per trainee
- Facilitate the process of defining the Training and development plan of employees based on the needed competencies to do the job
- Monitor the progress and completion of the monthly updates of the employees or Talents on the submitted training and development plan
- Facilitate development of Training and development roadmap and developmental assignment plan of employees and identified talents
- Coaching of employees based on the result of the Leadership Survey
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Tools and Six Sigma, QI, Training and Certification and E-learning, Competency based training, LMDP, Total Productive Maintenance (PTM)
- Prepare and coordinate the schedule of Cadetship program to all Plants
- Coordinate to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or identified trainers
- Facilitates training conducted by the SMEs or trainers
- Monitor and record the knowledge and skills test of the cadets
- Facilitate the development of the knowledge and skills test of the SMEs
- Prepare all needed supplies, logistics, prices for the awards and recognition
- Facilitates the use of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the trainees or learners based on the data from the LMS
- Prepare the training journals needed, materials and supplies prior to the scheduled training and certification using e-learning
- Development of e-learning content
- Monitor and control all registered e-learning courses
- Facilitate organization profiling or scanning for continuous Improvement
- Facilitate the review of organization structure, roles and functions per department and JDs of the employees
- Monitor and register to data base all reviewed and approved Organization structure
- Facilitate measure of effectiveness of the approved organization structure
- Facilitate and evaluate effectiveness of management review system or process
- Facilitate continuous improvement utilizing lean tools
- Facilitate Process-Machine Capability Study (MPCpS) and Design of Experiments (DOE) for Process Characterization and Optimization
- Conduct QIT Training and Coaching Sessions
- Co-facilitation with the Career development manager of the completion of career planning, career goals, and career options
- Review of the career development plan and assignment
- Co-facilitate the coordination of the organization structure
- Co-facilitate with the OD Manager
- Facilitate the implementation of Newsletter as a communication tool for the awareness of our employees on organization activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan and define needed yearly budget for the program activity
- Ensure safety and security of valuable items inside the office or room
- Perform other duties related to the job for continuous improvement that may be assigned from time to time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- A graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent, or related courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in process or system improvement and organizational development interventions.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting training on Quality and Problem-Solving Tools, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Systems, and Supervisory courses.
- Training in Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt is an advantage.
- Experience in e-learning development and learning management system administration is an advantage.
- Experience in process or systems documentation.
- Experience in organizational development interventions and programs.
