We're looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservation Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests—providing warm, professional assistance that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Your Role:
  • Take Ownership: Accurately manage room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests through phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Lead with Heart: Provide personalized assistance and create a welcoming experience from the first point of contact.
  • Ignite Innovation: Suggest value-adding options, promotions, or upgrades to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
  • Value Integrity: Ensure all guest information, rates, and booking details are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Endeavor Excellence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, pricing, packages, and hotel services to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What You Bring:
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • A calm, confident demeanor and a genuine desire to serve.
