RCM Sr Director - Healthcare

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director / AVP - Operations (Revenue Cycle Management) to lead and optimize our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, profitable service delivery while driving best practices, innovation, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end RCM processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations for enterprise clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Service Excellence
  1. Oversee all facets of Healthcare RCM operations for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement best practices, automation, and innovation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
  3. Manage workload planning, service management, and project execution to meet business objectives.
  4. Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring client satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and enhance service quality.
Strategic Growth & Business Expansion
  1. Support business development efforts, including client acquisition, expansion, and retention strategies.
  2. Contribute to organizational planning and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term vision.
  3. Drive sustained margin growth year over year while balancing operational efficiency and customer demands.
  4. Lead transition management efforts for new projects and clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
Financial & P&L Management
  1. Oversee cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to drive financial performance and profitability.
  2. Analyze operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Stakeholder & Team Management
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner for enterprise healthcare organizations.
  2. Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning.
  3. Establish and enforce policies that promote company culture, values, and operational excellence.
  4. Manage communication, escalations, risks, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
  1. 15-18 years of experience in Healthcare RCM Operations, covering end-to-end processes (Patient Access, Mid-Cycle, and Back-End Services for Provider Operations).
  2. Strong experience in leading large teams and managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  3. Epic System RCM certification, along with minimum 5 years extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge, is required for this role.
  4. Proven ability to drive operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth within an RCM organization.
  5. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  6. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  7. Willingness to travel between service locations in Taguig and Pasay.
  8. Full onsite - mid shift schedule.
