Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Senior Director / AVP - Operations (Revenue Cycle Management) to lead our Healthcare RCM operations. This role entails optimizing service delivery, driving best practices, and spearheading continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in end-to-end RCM processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure seamless processes and exceptional service delivery for Healthcare RCM operations.
  2. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, client outcomes, and innovation.
  3. Manage workload planning, service management, and project execution to meet business objectives.
  4. Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring client satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
  5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and enhance service quality.
Business Development & Strategy
  1. Support business development efforts, including client acquisition, expansion, and retention strategies.
  2. Contribute to organizational planning and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term vision.
  3. Drive sustained margin growth while balancing operational efficiency and customer demands.
  4. Lead transition management efforts for new projects and clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
Financial Management & Reporting
  1. Oversee cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to drive financial performance and profitability.
  2. Analyze operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Leadership & Team Management
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner for enterprise healthcare organizations.
  2. Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning.
  3. Establish and enforce policies that promote company culture, values, and operational excellence.
  4. Manage communication, escalations, risks, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • 15-18 years of experience in Healthcare RCM Operations, covering end-to-end processes (Patient Access, Mid-Cycle, and Back-End Services for Provider Operations).
  • Strong experience in leading large teams and managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Epic System RCM certification, along with minimum 5 years extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge, is required for this role.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth within an RCM organization.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel between service locations.
  • Full onsite - mid shift schedule.
