Job Summary

Responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate reconciliation and monitoring of all booked investments in the Finacle Wealth Management System. Ensure immediate closure of recon issues/items in order to fulfill the timely delivery of Statement of Accounts to Wealth clients.

How will you contribute?
  1. Perform preparer & back-up checker functions of all Middle Office processes.
  2. Directly liaise with various WM product providers to facilitate daily reconciliation of done transactions.
  3. Call the attention of the WM frontline for any incomplete, missing and incorrect transactions lodged in the Finacle Wealth Management System (FWMS).
  4. Responsible for carrying out follow-ups and escalations to key personnel from various product providers to resolve discrepancies on done trades.
  5. Ensure that Mailing Instructions (MIs), Bank Confirmation Requests and Certification Requests from clients are thoroughly checked for correctness and with no irregularities, perform signature verification of client signatures, collate and file these forms.
  6. Attain client satisfaction by ensuring that statement of accounts, certification and bank confirmations are accurate & correct, regularly generated, with no printing delays, and delivered to the client or authorized recipient no later than the required TAT.
  7. Track documentary deficiency report for MI and Certification Request Form.
  8. Direct the overall generation, printing and supervise dispatch of client statement of account, ensuring completeness and tracking at all stages of delivery.
  9. Escalate to the Operations Support Department Head any matter requiring immediate resolution, long outstanding issues, unresolved discrepancies, possible internal and external regulatory issues, and other related concerns.
  10. Involve and actively participate in various audit activities by ensuring timely submission of required documents & data; submit recommendations; and track resolutions of findings to ensure proper documentation and implementation of commitments.
  11. Work closely with the Wealth Project Manager and WM IT Support to ensure immediate closure of issues raised concerning the FWM system which has direct impact on the statement of accounts provided to clients.
  12. Ensure quality in service delivery and promptness in addressing client concerns to enhance overall customer experience.
  13. Ensure compliance with other applicable policies and procedures of the Bank, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Information Security, Data Protection and all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and escalation processes on issues.
What will make you successful?
  1. College graduate, preferably in a business course.
  2. Experienced in doing reconciliation work & had exposure to customer service.
  3. Extensive knowledge of the Bank's operations, products, and services.
