Facilities Technician at SYDENHAM Laboratories, Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the performance of facility equipment/machines, utilities and record data into log sheets. Make necessary adjustments of devices to attain required performance of machines and equipment
  • Perform Preventive, Corrective and breakdown maintenance on facility equipment and machines
  • Perform regular audit/inspection of building facility
  • Maintain housekeeping of tools, equipment areas and the cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment and machine
  • Respond promptly to service calls regarding repairs and troubleshooting of engineering support to other departments.
  • Inform immediate supervisor of problems regarding performance of functions and/or problems encountered regarding operations of facility equipment and machines
  • Coordinate with equipment technicians, machine operators and contractors' technicians regarding implementation of repairs
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Electromechanical/Mechanical Technology or any equivalent.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the related field
  • Team Player, Responsible and can do Multi task.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)
  • Can start as soon as possible
