Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

1. Monitor the performance of facility equipment/machines, utilities and record data into log sheets. Make necessary adjustments of devices to attain required performance of machines and equipment
2. Perform Preventive, Corrective and breakdown maintenance on facility equipment and machines
3. Perform regular audit/inspection of building facility
4. Maintain housekeeping of tools, equipment areas and also the cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment and machine
5. Respond promptly to service calls regarding repairs and troubleshooting of engineering support to other departments.
6. Inform immediate supervisor of problems regarding performance of functions and/or problems encountered regarding operations of facility equipment and machines
7. Coordinate with equipment technicians, machine operators and contractor's technicians regarding implementation of repairs.

Qualification

1. Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Electromechanical/Mechanical Technology or any equivalent.
2. Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the related field
3. Team Player, Responsible and can do Multi task.
4. Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)
5. Can start as soon as possible
