We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at AboitizPower. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other executives within the organization.

About the Role

The Technical Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the COO's directives and required information/data are communicated accurately and in a timely manner. This includes:

  • Coordinating with direct reports of the COO to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Communicating updates and program/initiative data to the COO and other executives.
  • Tracking project timelines to ensure deadlines are met and goals accomplished.
Main Tasks
  • Provide technical information and assistance to the COO and other executives as needed.
  • Assist the COO in making informed decisions by researching and compiling necessary data.
  • Prepare letters and presentation materials for the COO.
  • Manage calendar appointments and meeting schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years experience in technical assistant work or related field.
