Overview

We're Lonvera — a fast-growing DTC supplement brand in the health and wellness space. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can ideate, research, and deliver 15–25 high-performing Meta ad concepts per week across multiple products and customer avatars. If you live and breathe direct response marketing, obsess over scroll-stopping ideas, and know how to turn raw market insights into thumb-stopping UGC-style ads — we want to talk.

Generate 15–25 fresh ad concepts weekly tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Write direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure. Conduct market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections. Create ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic. Source content from UGC creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces. Analyze performance and iterate on ad creative to improve conversions. Work across multiple products and avatars while maintaining clarity, speed, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Generate 15–25 fresh ad concepts weekly tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a direct response or performance creative role (e-commerce brand, agency, or affiliate)
  • Deep knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong direct response copywriting ability — especially for Meta video ads
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data
  • Experience working with UGC creators and content sourcing platforms
  • Able to leverage AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality
  • Fast, detail-oriented, self-managed — thrives in a remote, high-speed environment
  • Strong grasp of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging
