Brief Job Description:
- Strong understanding of invoice review processes, including accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and CRM/National Accounts requirements.
- Knowledge of service request closure procedures, cost allocation, and documentation of best practices.
- Familiarity with SR processing and quote coordination workflows.
- Proficiency in researching serial numbers, maintaining database integrity, and reviewing PM contract scopes for accuracy.
- Understanding of problem resolution techniques for invoice or assignment-related issues with service partners.
- Requires analytical skills to assess and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes in coordination with sourcing managers.
- Involves managing multiple workflows, including invoice verification, service request closures, and T&M quote coordination.
- Requires the ability to interpret and correct PM contract scopes while ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Balances problem-solving with service partners while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Guarantees accuracy in all transactions as per the agreed SLA and complies with the procedures and standards set within the workgroup/team.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Previous experience in a service environment performing administrative functions.
- Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Possesses initiative and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Comprehensive administrative/clerical/back-office experience.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of the service business.
- Knowledge of computer systems; knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
