Overview

As Our hotel receptionist, you would be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will also be responsible for handling reservations, managing guest inquiries, processing payments, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in guests, making a warm and professional first impression
  • Kindly and promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor
