PURE ONSITE Marketing Administrative Assistant

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. These includes the following:
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing expense reports and invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in coordinating projects, including research, data compilation, and material preparation.
- Address routine inquiries and issues from staff or clients; escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, including running errands and providing general administrative support.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors/service providers.
- Monitor contract compliance and initiate contract renewals or amendments as needed.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the timely processing of payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Identify and report any performance issues, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and financial data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
