Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to support our financial operations and general business administration. This role does not require a license, as we work with a consulting firm that provides licensed accounting services. Instead, we need someone who can efficiently handle bookkeeping, expense tracking, cash flow monitoring, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation.
  2. Prepare, process, and manage expense reports.
  3. Monitor and manage cash on hand.
  4. Track and analyze cash flow to support financial stability.
  5. Coordinate with the consulting firm's accountant for tax filing and reporting.
  6. Support management with administrative tasks such as document organization, data entry, and office coordination.
  7. Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries as required.
  8. Ensure smooth financial and operational processes through effective coordination and organization.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial record-keeping and cash management.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  4. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  5. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  6. Good communication skills to coordinate with external accountants and internal teams.
