We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Invoicing Specialist with extensive knowledge of Xero and a strong background in accounts payable and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, performing reconciliations, and ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time. This role also requires excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment schedules.
  • Assist in follow-ups on outstanding invoices via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts, monitor payment schedules, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties required by the role.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years work experience in Accounts Payable and Invoicing.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Xero.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, invoicing, collections, and accounts payable reports and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently follow up on payments.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in debt collection, credit control, or financial administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Office Based Role.
