Work-from-Home Insurance Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients using various outreach methods including calls, emails, and networking.

• Sales Support: Walk clients through the application process and assist with policy updates or changes.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms for communication and record-keeping (e.g., email, CRM software, etc.).
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not necessary.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, and phone.
