We are looking for Freelance & Part-Time Insurance/Sales Agents to join our team As an Insurance/Sales Agent, you'll work remotely from home, reaching out to clients, helping them understand their insurance needs, and offering personalized solutions. This position is ideal for those who are looking to earn income on their own terms, with unlimited earning potential and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients using various outreach methods including calls, emails, and networking.
  • Consultation: Assess the financial and insurance needs of clients and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.).
  • Sales Support: Walk clients through the application process and assist with policy updates or changes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, earning commission-based income.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Ongoing Learning: Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms for communication and record-keeping (e.g., email, CRM software, etc.).
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not necessary.
  • Must have access to a computer, internet, and phone.
