
Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Oracle NetSuite) to lead and oversee the successful delivery of NetSuite projects and ongoing services. This role ensures that client implementations, enhancements, and support engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The Service Delivery Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, managing delivery teams, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring service excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Oracle NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
- Serve as the primary client contact during service delivery, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risks to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, providing guidance on best practices, processes, and client management.
- Collaborate with sales, account managers, and consultants to align client needs with delivery capacity.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle NetSuite implementation methodologies and quality standards.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address escalations to maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
- Report on project status, service performance, and KPIs to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, or consulting—preferably with ERP or SaaS solutions.
- Strong background in Oracle NetSuite delivery (implementation or support).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes (finance, supply chain, CRM, etc.).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
