Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs on Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing.
  • Learn and apply procedures and workflows under experienced team guidance.
  • Assist with data entry, patient billing, insurance verification, and provider credentialing.
  • Shadow senior team members to understand processes and tasks.
  • Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of documentation and information.
  • Develop an understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients (under supervision).
  • Assist in preparing and organizing reports and documentation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A fresh graduate status with little to no experience, preferably in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or Psychology.
  • Ability to report to the office in Eastwood, Quezon City (Mondays to Fridays) during training, with potential for a hybrid setup upon deployment.
  • Preferably located in Marikina, Pasig, Antipolo, Rizal, or Quezon City near Eastwood.
  • Strong interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to learn about Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Training & Development

Comprehensive training includes a 1-week initial training and 1 month of service-specific training with assessments, covering US healthcare basics, RCM Process, credentialing, insurances, and CPT codes.

Career Progression

Within 3-6 months, become a specialist in RCM or Credentialing. After a year, options include training new people, leading accounts, or managing a small team.
