Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and contribute to the continued growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the overall performance and productivity of the sales team. This role requires a strong leadership presence, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications
  • Open to male or female candidates
  • Must be a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction/manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Previous experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to meet company objectives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify business development and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market reports to senior management
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct client visits and business development activities to establish and grow customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales agreements
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in both electronic and manual systems
  • Manage client accounts, analyze cost and sales performance, and prepare reports for the head office
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to promote the company's services
  • Coordinate with other sales team members and technical staff to deliver complete solutions to clients
  • Support the design and delivery of customized products or services when necessary
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9001: standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
