Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Maintain and update customer databases, contact lists, and sales records.

    • Schedule appointments on availing customers

    • Manage and organize sales collateral and marketing materials.

    • Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Customer Service & Communication:

    • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone (online or direct phone)

    • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues with a professional and helpful demeanor.

    • Follow up with customers on satisfaction on the service

  • Sales Team Support:

    • Help track sales performance metrics and generate basic sales reports.

    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless sales operations.

    • Assist with sales head ofiicer.

    • Support promotional activities and events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, customer service, or sales support preferred. Fresh graduates with strong relevant skills will be considered

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proactive and eager to learn.
