Como Customer Service Expert (m/f/d) serás el primer punto de contacto para los pasajeros. Ayúdales a optimizar su experiencia de viaje y garantiza que cada vuelo se desarrolle sin problemas. Tu trabajo de un vistazo:

  1. Garantizas una experiencia de cliente excepcional para los pasajeros, ya sea por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat.
  2. Asesoras a clientes sobre reservas, servicios adicionales, procedimientos de vuelo y resuelves todas sus dudas.
  3. Manejas sin problema desafíos y reclamaciones, gestionas reembolsos y cambios en las reservas cuando hay modificaciones en el itinerario de vuelo.
  4. Te aseguras de una comunicación profesional y oportuna en todos los canales de redes sociales.
  5. La fidelización del cliente es nuestra prioridad: tu actitud positiva y orientada al servicio contribuye a que nuestros pasajeros estén 100% satisfechos.

Lo que traes contigo:

  1. Experiencia en atención al cliente: Idealmente, tienes experiencia comprobable en un Call Center o en un entorno similar de servicio al cliente.
  2. Habilidades comunicativas: Es fundamental que tengas excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  3. Conocimientos de idiomas: Imprescindible tener excelente dominio del alemán, inglés y español (castellano, catalán o vasco).
