About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join the dynamic team at Sundowners Vacation Villas Corporation, a leading provider of luxury holiday accommodations in Bolinao Pangasinan. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving the continued growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal efficiency and customer service
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and service delivery
• Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
• Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of strategic objectives
• Foster a positive, guest-centric culture and lead, train and develop the operations team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality industry
• Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
