Dein Job im Überblick:

  1. Du garantierst ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis, sei es per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat.
  2. Beratung von Interessenten und Kunden zu Buchungen, Serviceleistungen, Flugabläufen und Beantwortung von Fragen.
  3. Du meisterst problemlos Herausforderungen und Reklamationen, bearbeitest Erstattungen und Umbuchungen bei Flugplanänderungen ohne Probleme.
  4. Gewährleistung einer zeitnahen und professionellen Kommunikation über alle Social-Media-Kanäle, sowohl in öffentlichen als auch in nichtöffentlichen Bereichen.
  5. Kundenbindung hat für uns oberste Priorität - deine positive und serviceorientierte Art trägt dazu bei, dass unsere Passagiere rundum zufrieden sind

Das bringst du am besten mit:

  1. Erfahrung im Call Center-Bereich: Idealerweise verfügst du über nachweisbare Erfahrung in einem Call Center oder einer ähnlichen Kundenservice-Umgebung.
  2. Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten: Als Kundenberater bist du das Sprachrohr der Fluggesellschaft und stehst im direkten Kontakt mit den Passagieren.
  3. Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen, englischen und spanischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sind unerlässlich.
