Pay range: PHP 27,000 – PHP 35,000

We are looking for a Key Accounts Credit Controller who will be part of the Global Credit Management team. The primary purpose will be responsible for managing a small number of high value and volume key accounts at a transactional level.

What will you do as a Key Accounts Credit Controller?You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of a small number of complex and high-profile customer accounts at a transactional level, with a view to minimizing delinquent debt and providing an exemplary service to these customers. This may include:
- Ownership of large, complex accounts at a transactional level
- Complex reconciliations and reporting with extensive use of Microsoft Excel
- Develop a deep understanding of contractual terms and payment obligations
- Ownership of the dispute resolution process and proactive management through to resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and counterparts externally
- Collaborating and empathising with large global organisations and government agencies
- Resolution of significant quantities of aged transactions to allow focus on current payments
- Improve payment performance and overall aging profile on accounts, meeting KPIs
- Compiling consolidated invoices and statements to be issued to customers
- Ensuring compliance with the Global Credit Policy and Credit Insurance requirements
- Ensure compliance with audit, legal, GDPR, and system integrity at all times
The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:
- Demonstrable experience of working in credit and collections management in an international environment
- Demonstrable experience of working with high value, high volume, complex accounts
- High level of technical ability; particularly Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, IF formulas)
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Ability to understand and empathise with global cultures and economies
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Innovative, excellent communicator and self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results
