We are currently looking for a Credit Controller—an entry-level role that will be working within a team that handles global portfolios and revenue across different global accounts to ensure that the organization maintains its global debt position.
This is a key role that will be tasked with driving prompt collections and ensuring that the organization is able to maintain its long-standing low debt profile.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Pro-active, global credit control activities by a range of collection methods
- Full ownership of a high value, high volume debt portfolio
- Understand and improve aspects of the full order to cash process flow
- Ensure compliance with audit, system integrity and legal regulations at all times
- Mitigate risks of customer late payment and minimize bad debt
- Conduct credit checking and reporting and in line with credit and insurance policies
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in working under an international credit control set-up
- Technical exposure to MS Excel and SAP
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Amenability to report onsite a minimum of 2x a week to an office in the Makati CBD
- Amenability to work following a mid-shift schedule
