Job Description- Oversee and manage procurement, inventory, and asset management functions to support organizational needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of general services operations with the department's primary goals of saving, efficiency, and process automation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procurement regulations.
- 3-5 years of Admin Managerial experience.
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Strong experience in Procurement Management.
- Expertise in Inventory and Asset Management.
- Knowledge in Process Automation and System Optimization.
- Strong focus on Cost Management and efficiency.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
