Valuation Coordinator

Responsible for market research and appraisal support at CBRE.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and providing market information for small to medium appraisal assignments.
  • Aiding in managing the preparation of real estate appraisal reports, including data entry, taking property photos, and driving in the neighborhood.
  • Conducting preliminary research on properties, including verification of comparables, demographics, and market area evaluation.
  • Prepare simple portions of an appraisal report and assist with examining and reviewing income-producing properties.
  • Research market areas and conclude what may impact property value.
  • Developing comparison evaluations based on the sale of comparable properties.
  • Using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Delivering output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of job-related experience preferred.
  • The ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
