Position Title: Relationship Associate

Job Summary
  • You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients\' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
  • Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
  • Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client's proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
  • Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
  • Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Role Exposure
  • Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
  • Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in any Business related or Accounting field. Open for Fresh Graduates.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
