Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, highly analytical and detailed-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing go-to-market (GTM) team in the Philippines and USA. This role will focus primarily on Sales Operations, with secondary responsibilities supporting Marketing Operations. You'll play a key role in optimizing sales processes, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling revenue growth through data, tooling, and cross-functional alignment. Compensation and Benefits:
PHP 35,000 Monthly Base (includes night-shift differential and allowances) + incentives overrides = PHP 46,000+ per month. Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations (Primary Focus):
- Research, create and maintain sales data on prospective customers for our sales development team
- Administer our sales enablement platform to upload prospect data, develop, maintain, and optimize sales performance reporting and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, rep productivity, quota attainment etc.)
- Continuously maintain a clean, updated database of prospects for the sales development team
- Partner with Sales Leadership to support the design of the ideal customer profile (ICP), quota setting, and forecasting processes
- Assist with sales development compensation analysis, reporting, and incentive tracking
- Analyze and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose data-backed solutions
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations department as needed
Marketing Operations (Secondary Focus)
- Support marketing initiatives and campaign performance reporting
- Help ensure seamless lead flow and tracking from marketing channels to sales
- Collaborate with marketing to align metrics and dashboards across the funnel
- Assist with tool integrations and workflows between marketing automation, customer service platforms and our product platforms

- Strong administrative skills – accurate typing and spelling is essential to this role

- Adaptable and coachable: Willing to learn and take feedback to continuously improve to meet team goals
- Familiarity with sales enablement and prospecting tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.), lead management software (seamless.ai, Apollo.io, etc.), customer service and marketing platforms (Intercom) and Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/marketing or technical operations
- Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive process improvements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and company executives
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach
- Capable of adapting in a high-growth environment and prioritizing effectively. Prior experience in tech/software work environments or a dynamic B2B setting is a plus
- Willing to work full-time night shift to align with our USA team during their daytime hours (8 am – 5 pm USA Central Time/9 pm – 6 am PH Time) with 1 hour lunch
