IT Audit (Senior Associate to Manager level)

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Audit Senior Associate to join our team. This role involves evaluating IT-related controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls testing as part of internal or external audits
  • Assess IT systems, processes, and security to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Support audits of ERP systems and other business applications
  • Identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare clear and concise audit documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of engagements
Qualifications
  • At least 3–4 years (Senior Associate) or 6+ years (Manager) of relevant experience in internal or external audit focusing on IT-related controls assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/Management, or other business-related fields
  • CPA and/or CISA certification is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of ITGC, application controls, and IT risk management frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x per week)
