  • Support training needs analysis, design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs to support and promote the training strategy.
  • Function as administrator of learning system/s managed by the training and development team. Monitor, extract and communicate learning system utilization to partner organizations and BU heads.
  • Administer appropriate program evaluation tools or methods. Consolidate, analyze, and report data to measure and evaluate program effectiveness that support relevant, timely, and practical recommendations for program improvement.
  • Manage logistics for and organize training and development meetings, activities, and events. Efficient consolidation, effective presentation, and timely generation of program or department reports.
  • Promote compliance and manage the implementation of policies and procedures that support the training & development framework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in training record & reports management, design, development, delivery, and coordination.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Learning and Development and awareness of executive and leadership development programs.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office Excel, Power Point, and Photoshop.
