We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Training Operations Specialist at Aviation Partnership Philippines.

About the Role

This entry-level position involves providing administrative support to our Technical training team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

You will work closely with the Head of Training and Manager, Technical Training to perform various tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting Technical training personnel with all administrative-related concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents related to Training activities.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities

This role includes:

  • Managing all aspects of Training operations, including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.
  • Providing administrative support to the Technical training team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any field.
  • Strong knowledge of related administrative functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
