The Store Manager is in charge of managing the store's overall operations, ensuring day-to-day activities are executed efficiently. This role is vital in leading the team to provide outstanding customer service and in implementing strategies to meet business goals in a competitive environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company policies and operational standards across key areas: sales floor, front-end, stockroom/warehouse, and housekeeping

  • Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent and high-quality service

  • Supervise and support the development of seven key leadership roles: Assistant Store Head, Front-End Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, and three Department Managers

  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and performance targets

  • Manage operational costs and optimize resource allocation

  • Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and replenishment

  • Focus on maximizing store profitability and financial performance

  • Maintain store facilities and safeguard company assets

  • Implement and monitor safety, security, and risk management protocols

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership experience in a retail or food service setting (e.g., fast food, quick service restaurants)

  • Proven expertise in store operations, team management, and customer engagement
