JobDescription:WearelookingforaproactiveandorganizedVirtualAssistanttosupportourecommercecustomerserviceandorderfulfillmentoperations.Thisrolerequiresexcellentcommunicationskills,attentiontodetail,andtheabilitytomanagemultipletasksinafast-pacedenvironment.AsaVirtualAssistant,youwillhandlecustomerinquiries,processorders,andensurethatcustomersreceiveexceptionalservicethroughouttheirshoppingexperience.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Respondpromptlyandprofessionallytocustomerinquiriesviaemail,chat,andphone
- Processcustomerordersaccuratelyandefficientlyusingourecommerceplatform
- Monitorinventorylevelsandcoordinatewiththewarehouseteamtoensurestockavailability
- Resolveorderdiscrepancies,shippingissues,andreturnsinatimelymanner
- Providecustomerswithupdatesonorderstatusandshipmenttracking
- Collaboratewiththelogisticsteamtoensuretimelyandaccurateorderfulfillment
- Maintaindetailedandaccuratecustomerrecordsandorderinformation
Qualifications:
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Marketing,orrelatedfieldpreferred
- Minimumof2yearsofexperienceincustomerservice,preferablyinanecommerceorretailenvironment
- Strongunderstandingofordermanagementsystemsandecommerceplatforms
- Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills
- Attentiontodetailandabilitytomanagemultipletaskssimultaneously
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,Outlook)
