Position: Administrator - IT Infrastructure (Shifting)

About the Role

Join PUMA's global IT team as an Administrator responsible for IT infrastructure operations. This role involves supporting and maintaining network security, servers, and cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT or related fields.
  • Degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Knowledge of routing and firewalling; expertise is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco switches is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Servers (Active Directory) and Linux systems.
  • Strong ticket management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, resourcefulness, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to complex environments.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite support and training.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud solutions using Terraform, with hands-on Azure experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub), and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
  • Understanding of cloud networking, security, storage, and IAM concepts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support for global IT systems, processing tickets and tasks efficiently.
  • Administer and support network devices, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Maintain daily checklists for Microsoft security and network teams.
  • Manage Active Directory security groups and objects.
  • Support and administer corporate MDM (Intune) and MIM solutions.
  • Ensure reliable IT security systems, including web filtering and endpoint security.
