Job Description

The Corporate IT Workplace Service Team is dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance of day-to-day operations within the Corporate Workplace and its surrounding infrastructure. Our goal is to create a productive environment for our colleagues and stakeholders, enabling them to concentrate on their work while we manage all their IT needs.

As System Administrator, your key tasks are:

  1. Deliver and manage workplace services, collaborating with subject matter experts
  2. Serve as L2/L3 escalation expert for User Support across various channels
  3. Administer cloud platforms e.g. Azure AVD
  4. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT services
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  6. Document systems, processes, and procedures to keep IT knowledge base current
  7. Complete tasks and projects on time, within budget, while adapting to new challenges

Qualifications

  1. Over 3 years of experience in system administration
  2. General knowledge of Microsoft technologies to understand the full environment and think beyond boundaries
  3. Strong expertise in Windows server and Windows client administration
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  7. Fluency in English

It would be a real bonus if you have

  1. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
  2. Knowledge and experience in Citrix environment
  3. Proficient in SCCM administration
  4. Knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
