Job Description
  • Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs and objectives.
  • Ensure proper placement, context, and meaning of images and graphics within assignments.
  • Develop creative ideas that meet client and business objectives, maintaining high standards of excellence and professionalism.
  • Present, review, and share creative work with leadership and teams.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborating with in-house teams and vendors.
  • Work effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the creative team to develop disruptive work.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.
Responsibilities
  • Bring 5-8 years of experience, especially with beauty portfolios, with a portfolio of brave ideas and craftsmanship.
  • Be curious, eager to learn, and devoted to your art.
  • Use every surface, channel, and medium as your canvas, engaging audiences across platforms.
  • Possess awards or a strong desire to win; prioritize excellence.
  • Have a solid understanding of social media, online media jargon, and technology.
  • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Communicate effectively across disciplines and levels.
  • Be proficient in the latest computer design software.
  • Be willing to work after hours and travel for shoots and sessions.
  • Be organized and unfazed by deadlines.
