The senior copywriter, with several years of experience, hones their instincts for effective and on-brand copy. They are skilled at appraising, editing, and presenting their work confidently to clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted representative of the team and the work.

A senior copywriter may work solo on projects, supervise juniors, or collaborate with other writers, ensuring all deliverables meet standards of creative excellence and client satisfaction. They should be comfortable working across industries and with multidisciplinary teams.

• Conceptualize and collaborate with the creative team, including copywriters, designers, art directors, and programmers.
• Write compelling, grammatically correct long-form website copy, headlines, taglines, and calls to action.
• Adapt writing styles for various formats and audiences.
• Establish visual tone, character, and messaging to communicate effectively with target audiences and meet project goals.
• Develop creative ideas aligned with client and business objectives, maintaining high standards of creative excellence.
• Present and review work with senior leadership and team members.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, coordinating with in-house and external resources.
• Collaborate with account management, planning, and creative teams to develop impactful work.
• Lead brainstorming sessions.

• Approximately 5-8 years of relevant experience with a portfolio of innovative ideas.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and craft refinement.
• Understanding of TV, digital media, social media, and online media jargon; AI/ChatGPT knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, especially in SEA, healthcare knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines and levels.
