Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating inbound/outbound calls and other contact methods for quality.
  • Reporting evaluation results to Business stakeholders.
  • Participating in calibration sessions with Quality Leadership and clients.
  • Conducting internal quality audits to improve contact quality.
  • Maintaining a strong program knowledge base.
  • Participating in quality task forces with Business stakeholders.
  • Meeting departmental productivity requirements.
  • Completing phone time to stay current on programs.
  • Contributing to maintaining forms and legends documents.
  • Supporting management focus on key drivers and operational processes.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Detail-oriented nature.
