Field Sales Supervisor (Medical Supplies)Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Promote products in his/her designated territory.
  • Assist in the conduct of product demonstration and similar activities.
  • Establish a good relationship with the customers and key decision makers.
  • Conduct negotiations on the sale of medical products.
  • Supervise team in selling medical and laboratory products in accordance with company rules.
  • Ensure monthly collection performance.
  • Facilitate purchase by the hospital and collect payments.
  • Attend to other related tasks as may be delegated from time to time.

PREVIOUS MEDREP EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. (at least 5 years experience in similar company is REQUIRED, 2 years of supervisory. Otherwise, applicant must be willing to consider a lower position.)
