Position Description
This position requires an experienced and results driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Sales Supervisor, you will contribute to the company's sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain company standards through effective sales motivation and management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate to achieve monthly sales targets and deal with underperformance of direct reports alongside HR and management.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance sales skills of team leaders and associates.
- Proactively recommend new initiatives to help drive sales across all assigned showrooms.
- Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Department to ensure that all assigned showrooms have ample product displays.
- Manage and organize product displays in all assigned showrooms
- Perform other tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership to the assigned showrooms and delegate tasks effectively to direct reports.
- Supervise and drive the performance of sales team leaders and associates to consistently achieve the company's sales targets and quotas.
- Manage the team's work schedule to ensure appropriate manpower distribution and coverage throughout each workweek especially during weekends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or college degree of any four year course. Graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or Marketing will be an advantage.
- Proven marketing and retail sales experience with a record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory or leadership roles in retail and store operations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Results-oriented, exemplary sales acumen with passion and drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to demonstrate rapport, in-depth client interaction, presentation, and negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and after-sales support skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google forms, documents and sheets.
- Maintains strict discretion in handling sensitive and confidential company information.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
OrganizationalStructure: This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Place of Work: Quezon City, Parañaque and Pampanga showrooms.
Work Schedule: Regular office attendance is required six days a week, with a fixed work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
